Position Summary

School District No. 91 (Nechako Lakes) is seeking Casual Meal Program Workers to support school-based meal programs in the Burns Lake area, including Decker Lake, Francois Lake, Granisle and Grassy Plains.

This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the School District 91 Meal Program.
• Prepare and serve food while maintaining food safety standards.
• Support students in food preparation and serving.
• Operate kitchen equipment including stovetops, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Manage logistics such as grocery ordering, receiving deliveries, and coordinating lunch orders.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate).
• Current Food Safe Level 1 Certificate (or equivalent).
