What is the Opportunity

Under the supervision of a Proposal Supervisor or Proposal Lead, the Proposal Co‑op supports the proposal team in the coordination and development of RFx (Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation, etc.) submissions.

This role is designed for a college or university student looking to gain hands‑on experience in proposal coordination, business development, and construction/utility services. The co‑op will assist with administrative, formatting, and coordination tasks while learning proposal fundamentals, tools, and processes in a fast‑paced team environment.

Co‑op opportunities vary in length, this opportunity currently has openings for an 8 month work term starting in September 2026.
