About The Position

Hazelview is seeking a Co-op Student to join our Real Estate Investment Management team. We actively invest in commercial real estate asset classes globally, with a strong focus on Canada and the United States. This role offers hands‑on exposure to real estate investing and is ideal for a student eager to gain experience in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will support the team across a range of initiatives while developing practical skills in analysis, research, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Real Estate Investment Management team in evaluating potential acquisitions across North America, including assisting with property valuations, investment materials, and market research.
