As a Senior Technical Service, you will lead technical and through the administration and provision of specialized technical training to both customers and internal associates. Your role will build new business opportunities through strategic technical support to the sales team, product selection for our customers, resolution of technical challenges. You will standardize critical processes, maintain the highest safety and ethical compliance standards, while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction in troubleshooting situations.
You will report to Technical Service Manager.
