Reporting to the A220 cockpit design supervisor, the team leader is primarily responsible for managing a design team of 5–10 designers and ensuring team performance. Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the design of primary structure, secondary structures and system installations within their scope complies with technical and customer requirements, program needs and manufacturing requirements. Communicate major technical input data to the design team within their scope (customer requirements, program requirements, boundary plans, standards list, etc.).
