We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Collections Specialist for a temporary position (12 months) focused on reconciling accounts within a legacy portfolio. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively partner with customer service, sales, and finance teams to achieve specific project goals.

You will report directly to our Sr. Collections Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.

+ Perform reconciliation of accounts within the legacy portfolio.
+ Collaborate with customer service, sales, and finance departments to ensure accurate account management.
+ Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
+ Generate and analyze reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
+ Support the development of strategies to enhance collections processes.
+ Assist in any additional tasks as required by Collections Leader.
