To contact customers via phone in order to collect past due balances on their ALLDATA credit accounts.
Give credit orientation to customers.
Provide resolution to invoice and statement requests and direct customer calls.
Analyze onβhand information prior to contact customers to be able to answer customer questions related to their ALLDATA account balances.

Phone assistance to ALLDATA billing customers

REQUIREMENTS
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: No Special Requirement.
Years of Experience: One to two years.
Type of Experience: Customer service experience.
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Bilingual, highly customer service oriented, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, team worker.
