We are seeking a

proactive, passionate and committed Team Leader to join our team at InFocus Charity, supporting the delivery of high-quality care to young people with vision impairment and complex needs. As a first-line manager, you will motivate, inspire and support the Residential Care team to perform their roles safely and to the highest standard.

This is a hands-on role, where you will lead by example and work alongside your team to provide direct care and support to young people. This includes supporting with daily routines, activities, and personal care, ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards are maintained at all times.

During the evenings, our young people enjoy participating in meaningful activities such as swimming and social clubs. They like to get out, explore and socialise, and you will lead and encourage the team to plan and organise engaging leisure and social activities within the community.
