What you will do

• Assist Relationship Managers by analyzing financial and account operating data to recommend credit actions.
• Write independent lending proposals, covering both financial and non‑financial decision‑making parameters.
• Manage routine account operating issues, anticipate member needs, and recommend products and services.
• Liaise with other Meridian staff and external suppliers to meet member needs.
• Set personal goals and action plans to support the Business Banking Centre and Retail branch objectives, including community involvement.
