Responsibilities
- Manages supervisors and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback.
- Communicates the direction of sales strategies throughout the sales lifecycle, from creating, maintaining and growing Pricing & Contracting/Tendering strategy, and coordinating the implementation of end‑to‑end Pricing and Contracting/Tender operational excellence designed to meet sales objectives.
