Our client, a leading national law firm with a strong presence across Canada and internationally, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join their Toronto office. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in office.

The successful candidate will join a sophisticated commercial real estate practice supporting complex acquisitions, sales, development, and financing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from open to close, including acquisitions, sales, development, and financing matters
• Conduct and analyze title and off-title searches, including Planning Act and corporate searches
• Review surveys, plans, and title documents to identify potential issues and deficiencies
