I’m currently working on a standout opportunity for a senior commercial lawyer to join a leading UK firm’s Commercial IT & Outsourcing team in London on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
This is a genuinely high‑calibre practice – widely regarded as one of the strongest commercial, IT and data privacy teams in the UK – with its own client base and business plan. The bulk of the work is not corporate support; this is a strategic, standalone commercial team advising directly into major private and public‑sector organisations.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and ambitious team advising on a broad range of complex and business‑critical commercial contracts across sectors including automotive, aerospace, retail, food & drink, real estate, life sciences, financial services, healthcare and telecoms.
