Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing & Leasing, the Communications & Social Impact Manager is responsible for leading all communications across key stakeholder groups, including residents and prospects, employees, and ownership. This role owns the development and execution of communication strategies that strengthen brand reputation, support resident and employee retention, and elevate Park’s presence across media, industry, and community channels. The Manager will lead external communications, media and PR, resident engagement, and social impact initiatives, while overseeing internal communications through a direct report. This role acts as a central partner to Marketing, Leasing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent, high‑quality, and strategic messaging across the portfolio.
