The Communications Manager leads the planning, development, and execution of internal and external communications strategies for BCDO and EyeSafe (a prescription safety eyewear program). This role is responsible for strengthening member engagement, enhancing public awareness, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all communications channels.

Who we are

BC Doctors of Optometry (BCDO) is the professional association representing Optometrists across British Columbia. We are a member-based nonprofit organization that represents over 800 BC-based Doctors of Optometry. We offer continuing education, advocacy, and public education.
