Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in CSR, Public Policy, Corporate Affairs or related domains
- Superb balance between humility, diplomacy and business acumen
- Experience conducting business in international settings
- Ability to empathetically work with individuals from all backgrounds and cultures
- Experience working with constituent groups including non profit organizations and employees
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
- Ability to conduct business in English, Portuguese and Spanish required
- Relevant Advanced degree
- Experience in working for a multinational organization supporting physical infrastructure
