Community Housing Maintenance Student - Renfrew

Overview

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the Maintenance Student will be responsible for the property maintenance, cleanliness and general custodial duties to the community housing portfolio. The Maintenance Student will assist with grass cutting, landscaping duties, repairs to patios, garbage handling, painting, pick-ups and deliveries, and other general custodial and maintenance duties.

This is a summer student opportunity from May to August, 2026.

Current opportunities available in Renfrew and Arnprior.

Qualifications

• Enrolment in University or College program.
• Must provide CSA approved safety boots/footwear.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle an asset.
• Must obtain and maintain a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check.

Wage Range

$16.60 - $17.60 /Hour
