Serves as a subject-matter expert and primary liaison for community relations and bilateral engagement initiatives supporting senior leadership. Plans, manages, and executes meetings and engagements with local officials, mayors, prefectural leaders, community organizations, defense associations, and civic leaders. Works leading community outreach efforts, identifying and analyzing community concerns, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
