Key Responsibilities
Assist in evolving and leading Regal Rexnord’s Regional compensation (short term and long term) strategy, processes and programs. Collaborate and partner with HR colleagues to understand their challenges related to compensation programs; and key issues in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality, diverse talent.Demonstrate continuous improvement and deliver results aligned with enterprise and HR strategy, including policy deployment initiatives.Serves as subject-matter expert on Regional compensation related projects and provides support to HR colleagues on compensation philosophy, policies, programs and processes.
