The Operations Manager will be a foundational compliance operations leader in our Mexico hub, responsible for the successful delivery and oversight of Transaction Monitoring (TM) and Screening operations.You will build and lead a high‐performing team consisting of Team Leads and Analysts, ensuring that our financial crime prevention efforts are rigorous, scalable, and aligned with global standards while driving operational excellence.This role is critical to our Follow‐the‐Sun model, providing seamless coverage for all global jurisdictions.
