Senior Policy Advisor, Sustainability Policy & Research

Location: Ottawa (headquarters) or one of the community hubs in Toronto, Mississauga, Montreal, Brossard, Laval, Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, or Vancouver. Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days in office per week.

Job Type: Permanent. Schedule: Full‑time. Compensation: $96,557 to $128,743 annually plus a performance‑based incentive. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

• Contribute to the review and update of social and human‑rights risk‑management policy commitments, including the Human Rights Policy.
• Support the review and update of environmental and social risk‑management policies to ensure coherence with the Human Rights Policy.
