Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with the Operations Manager and the assigned Project Manager.
- Review and get a complete understanding of project specifications, development requirements and schedule obligations.
- Maintain and monitor project plans.
- Review and co-ordinate drawings.
- Prepare drawing lists.
- Shop drawing control.
- Maintain and monitor project schedules.
- Update and revise project schedules as required.
- Review and monitor project budgets.
- Update and revise project budgets as required.
- Organize meetings and attend as required. Take minutes of meetings as required.
- Ensure distribution of Project Instructions, changes, RFI’s and meetings on projects.
- Control the flow of paperwork/reports for the project.
