As a Construction Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely and meet the highest quality standards. You must fully understand the project scope, schedule and deliverables and you'll be responsible for assigning specific project resources to meet the project requirements.

Your work will include:

• Collaborate with Project Management todevelop a project scope of work and budget.
• Ensure all permits, approvals, sub-contracts, agreements and any other required documents are in place prior to project start.
• Develop and collaborate with project management and subcontracts team to ensure complete subcontractor scope of work packages are in place prior to subtrade tenders to avoid unforeseen scopes when mobilizing...
