You are a Construction Manager responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day field operations by establishing and monitoring performance targets for projects and staff in multiple trades. Recognized as an authority across the organization and externally, this role anticipates client needs on all construction related issues while identifying short‑ and long‑term solutions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure superintendents are equipped with the resources required to efficiently complete projects according to approved plans, specifications and applicable building codes while strictly following safety regulations.
• Take a leadership role in developing quality policies and procedures.
• Actively promote safety on projects, address escalated safety issues, and participate in safety discussions at senior management level.
