We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager on-site in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica to join our project team within the real estate development and construction business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You should be able to work independently on day-to-day tasks, coordinate effectively with the project team, and provide accurate reports and updates regularly.
