The Construction Proposal Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality proposal responses across all stages of the pursuit process, including Expressions of Interest (EOI), Requests for Qualification (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP). You will manage multiple submission files simultaneously, each at a different stage of completion, while maintaining quality from first draft through final delivery. You work closely with internal teams to develop themes, coordinate content, and ensure every submission is formatted correctly and on brand.
