Aide à la gestion des associés affectés aux produits de consommation et aux processus du rayon en travaillant avec le gérant adjoint des produits de consommation. S’assure d’un service à la clientèle de haut niveau et de l’exécution des tâches.

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assists in providing direction and the co‑coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Consumables Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
• Assesses the overall presentation of Consumable Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executes merchandising display changes where required.
