Key Responsibilities

Review and validate invoices prior to payment. Verify documentation through government tax authority platforms (e.g., SAT or similar). Monitor compliance-related filings and ensure no pending submissions. Support control and tracking of fiscal or customs documentation. Assist in the preparation of regulatory or statistical reports (e.g., monthly submissions). Prepare periodic regulatory and statistical reports. Maintain organized financial and compliance records. Assist with internal controls and audit preparation when required.
