Objectives

The objective of LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) is to support The LEGO Group in its strategic priorities by building a sustainable continuous improvement mindset across the company. The LCI Director is part of the site’s Leadership Team accountable for the success of American Manufacturing and is responsible for setting the vision for the site according to the global strategy, leading the local LCI team, coordinating resources, and providing mentorship to achieve objectives.
