About This Opportunity
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer (CIE) in Order Engineering, you will be part of the core team driving our NAM transformation. The CIE collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes, driving efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and cost savings. This role also serves as a key team member, supporting issue resolution, and front-facing engagements while ensuring collaboration with cross .fucntional team. In addition, the CIE supports team strategy, Value engineering & Kaizen deployments to accelerate value delivery and adoption of standard work.
