About the Role We are actively searching for a Continuous Improvement Lead. Reporting to the Manager, Operational Excellence, the Lead Operational Excellence facilitates the development and execution of the Project Management Office (PMO) and the Continuous Improvement (CI) program across Côté Gold. The role coaches teams, advances change management activities, and ensures benefits realization through disciplined portfolio governance, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting.

This position is located at our Cote Gold Mine Site on a 7/7 rotation.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the OE PMO framework, including stage gates, governance standards, benefits tracking, and portfolio discipline.

Lead prioritization and balancing of the OE initiative portfolio, ensuring alignment with site strategy, budget, risk profile, and critical KPIs.
