Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.

About the Role (Job Summary):

The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for enhancing the performance of McKesson Specialty Health by leading the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. This role is focused on identifying operational inefficiencies, developing and executing effective solutions, including those enabled by low‑code automation and applied AI, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
