Contract Coordinator (12 Months Contract)

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to assist the Senior Commercial Contract Manager and Director Relationship Management in managing the contract lifecycle between OLG and the Service Provider.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Director Relationship Management, you will be empowered to:

Assist in managing the Transaction Agreement through:

1. Obligation management assistance

• sFTP upload/download
• APTTUS upload/download
• Deliverable dissemination to internal stakeholders
• Records maintenance - Assist in maintaining thorough records of all transactions

2. Maintaining traceability log on a day-to-day basis

• Log incidents, deficiencies, issues and other items...
