The Contract Furniture Procurement Coordinator supports commercial interior design projects by managing the furniture procurement process from specification through installation. This role works closely with designers, clients, vendors, dealers, manufacturers, and installers to ensure furniture selections are accurate, on budget, delivered on time, and installed properly.
Key responsibilities
Furniture sourcing and specification - Source commercial-grade furniture and accessories
- Coordinate with designers on product selections, finishes, fabrics, dimensions, and performance requirements
- Confirm lead times, availability, warranties, and commercial suitability
Quoting and budgeting - Request and compare quotes from vendors and dealers
- Prepare furniture budgets and procurement summaries
- Track product costs, freight, delivery, warehousing, ...
