DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support contract administration processes within an emerging orthopaedics business.

Responsibilities

• Execute contract administration processes utilizing contract management systems.
• Analyze research to develop a strong understanding of contract management systems and software.
• Review data in the contract management system to drive efficient and effective customer and contract management.
• Administer and lead contract management processes and identify process improvements and optimizations.
• Implement basic pre‑sale and post‑signature contract support processes, including fulfilling due diligence requests, processing modifications, close‑out tasks, communicating with contracted parties, and answering inquiries.
