Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibilities are:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the company's interests are protected.


• Provide legal advice on a variety of matters related to contracts of services and suppliers including EPC, underground equipment service contracts among others.


• Ensure compliance with local and international legal regulations and standards.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance.


• Manage legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.


• Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential legal risks on contracts.


• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the industry.
