WQS NDT is seeking an experienced and driven Controller to join our team on a temporary basis for an approximate 15-month term to provide maternity leave coverage.
As the Controller, you will lead the financial operations that drive organizational success. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will oversee the full accounting transaction activities including month‑end and year‑end closing activities, and day‑to‑day cash management and forecasting. Beyond technical expertise, you will champion process improvements, compliance, and team development, contributing to a culture of efficiency and accountability. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position offers significant influence on financial strategy and operational excellence.
