Summary

PPA is a nonprofit focused on advancing the procurement profession through its cooperative contract division, RFxPremier, which delivers high-quality, competitively sourced contracts to public entities nationwide. We’re looking for a Cooperative Portfolio Strategy Official (CPSO) with public or higher education procurement experience to help develop and manage cooperative portfolios. This role partners with sourcing teams and lead entities while also supporting outreach and adoption efforts across the SLED community.
