Coordinador IT / Site IT Operations Engineer
- Reporting to the **Country IT Manager**- He:she interfaces with : within D&IS Ops : Global IT Operations Teams involved in IT Infrastructure Operations, Regional deployment team, Country/Regional IT Teams involved in L1 support for IT Sites and within D&IS : Techpole, IT Project Teams, VT Tech Streamlining
**Main responsibilities include**:
**End users support**
- Work with global IT service team to provide onsite technical support to end users.
Manage and maintain end user's hardware and software, ensure end user devices and software are up-to-date with latest patches and updates.
- **System Installation and Configuration**
- **Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution**
- Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Implement preventative maintenance measures to reduce the occurrence of IT issues.
