**Major Responsibilities:**

Supports the Parks and Recreation Engagement Team in engaging the public on capital projects by:

+ Initiates the planning and organizing of virtual and in-person public meetings, workshops and open houses, including through the provision of tech and facilitation support and the set-up and take-down of equipment and materials
