What You’ll Do Here

Accountable for full cycle recruitment process within the Civil operating sector

Support creation and maintenance of Job Descriptions as required

Post job requisitions internally and externally, and source candidates through the appropriate media – professional organizations, career fairs/educational institutions, and other websites/social media forums

Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening calls

Coordinate interview logistics and participate in interviews with hiring managers

Conduct background and/or reference checks as required

Work with HR colleagues to create employment offers
