As a Platform Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining the Internal Developer Platform (IDP). Your work will enable seamless self-service workflows for development teams, empowering rapid, reliable, and scalable software delivery through tools including GitHub, Azure DevOps, AWS, Python , and containerization technologies like Docker . Platform engineers create and maintain toolchains and infrastructure components that simplify developers’ day-to-day workflows, providing unified, self-service access and “golden paths” for regular tasks. It accelerates delivery, improves reliability, and elevates the developer experience while reducing operational complexity and cognitive load for engineering teams.
