About This Opportunity
Responsibilities:
Assist client's legal team in drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents, including board resolutions, bylaws, policies, and chartersConduct research and analyze legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance and complianceMaintain and update corporate records, including board and committee minutes, shareholder records, and other governance-related documentsAssist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents including annual reports, proxy statements, and SEC filings Minimum Qualifications:
