Job Description:
Directs the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of most or all of the following human resource functions: compensation, benefits, employment, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, organizational development, HRIS, training, health and safety services programs and company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Advises company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates.
Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and have a company-wide effect.
