-Job descriptionThe role will be coordinating and leading the end-to-end process mapping across complex environments and silos as a day-to-day activity to establish and embed a framework to identify and facilitate process improvements, enhancing the risk and control environments and delivering material changes in customer experience and operational efficiency.
This will include researching and mapping to best business practices, collating and analyzing non-IT projects, data flows, business controls, providing clear guidance in the developing of recommendations and delivering simplified designs to reduce time, cost, and capacity needs, all previous based on Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
