The Vancouver office is seeking a full‑time intermediate‑level Corporate Records Clerk to join our fast‑paced Corporate Services group in the Business Law department.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain virtual minute books, including scanning, organizing, and updating corporate records.
- Prepare and file annual reports and ongoing maintenance filings for federal, provincial, extra‑provincial, and out‑of‑province entities, including societies.
- Monitor, track, and respond to dissolution notices or compliance reminders from corporate registries.
- Complete BC and federal transparency register filings and ensure records remain current and accurate.
- Prepare and file changes to Registered and Records Offices.
- Conduct BC name reservations and manage name availability processes with BC Registries.
