We have a vacancy for a talented junior corporate associate lawyer to join a top tier US law firm

The role offers a significant level of responsibility handling a broad range of corporate and commercial work advising some of the world's leading businesses and institutions.

The Corporate team works across all major sectors, but with a market-leading specialism in life sciences.

THE CANDIDATE

You will a qualified Solicitor NQ - 1 PQE, with a corporate transactional background and an outstanding academic record, having worked for a leading law firm

Ideally you will have experience in the life sciences sector working for a law firm with a strong reputation in life sciences transactions.
