We are hiring: Project Cost Engineer – Chassis & Engine Systems (Automotive)

We are looking for a Project Cost Engineer to join the Chassis & Engine Systems team supporting a leading global OEM. This role focuses on cost estimation, analysis, and optimization across key vehicle systems.

Technical Scope

• Braking System (brake calipers, brake rotors, brake control unit)
• Exhaust System (hot end, cold end, fuel canister)
• Engine Cooling Module (radiator, condenser, air cooler, water cooler, thermal module)
• Develop detailed should-cost models for components and assemblies
• Perform bottom-up cost breakdowns , including raw materials, labor, overhead, scrap, logistics, and tooling
• Analyze manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, forming, welding, and assembly to identify cost drivers
