Technical Scope - Transmissions (assembly, casting, machining, forging, grinding, mechanics)
- Drivelines (axles, transfer case, assembly, machining, forging)
- Internal Combustion Engines (engine block, cylinder head, oil pan, casting)
Key Responsibilities (Costing & Estimation) - Develop should-cost models for propulsion components and assemblies
- Perform bottom-up cost breakdowns (BOM, materials, labor, overhead, tooling, capex)
- Analyze manufacturing processes (casting, machining, forging, assembly) to estimate cost drivers
