Verify the official Labor Utilization (LU) reported in the daily Sales and Productivity report and assist in identifying issues with LU as reported on the Daily Management Board (DMB) by department.
- Maintain records of Self Assessment Tests (ASAT) and evaluations according to the compliance calendar.
- Prepare various studies, reports, and analyses as requested.
- Ask questions and drive cost-saving initiatives across all departments in the plant.
- Comply with all environmental and safety regulations and standards.
- Perform other assigned tasks and responsibilities.
**1. Education**:
- This position requires a university diploma in accounting or equivalent experience.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred.
**2. Skills and abilities**:
- Excellent attendance record.
- Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and systems. Experience with Oracle and MRP is preferred.
