~ Analyze raw material cost variances and impact on plant results
~ Monitor inventory controls (E& O, cycle counts, adjustments, physical inventory)
~ Review items with zero cost and follow up on issues
~ Support month-end close (US & Mexico) for cost/inventory
~ Prepare and analyze US Recon and balance sheet accounts
~ Update standard costs and routings for year-end processes
~ Prepare productivity and scrap reports; align with QA
~ Support audits and provide required financial information
~ Develop cost analysis for new products and business cases
~ Ensure compliance with company policies and processes Requirements
~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
~3+ years of experience in cost or inventory accounting
~ Good English communication (written & spoken)
~ Strong Excel skills
~ Experience with audits and financial analysis
